摘 要:以胜任力为导向的教学是第三代国际医学教育改革的核心内容之一。诊断学是医学基础到医学实践的桥梁课程,诊断学教学质量的高低与医学生岗位胜任力密切相关。文章将岗位胜任力引入诊断学教学中,将胜任力转变为诊断学的教学培养目标。通过调整诊断学教学目标和教学内容,加强师资队伍建设,综合应用分小组练习、分组讨论、多媒体讲授、录像教学、模拟教学、情景教学、CBL教学、PBL教学、SP与临床见习等多种教学方法,采用多方位考核等措施,诊断学教学效果得以提高,从而为实现提升医学生岗位胜任力的目标服务。Competency-oriented teaching is one of the core contents of the third generation of international medical education reform.Diagnostics is a bridge course from medical foundation to medical practice.The teaching quality of diagnostics is closely related to the post competence of medical students.In this paper,post competency is introduced into the teaching of diagnositics and taken as the teaching target.By adjusting the teaching objectives and contents of diagnostics,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and comprehensively applying various teaching methods,such as group practice,group discussion,multimedia teaching,video teaching,simulation teaching,situational teaching,CBL teaching,PBL teaching,SP and clinical probation,adopting multi-directional assessment and other measures,the teaching effect of diagnostics is improved,which can help to achieve the goal of improving the competence of medical students.
