摘  要:以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)建立试验模型,探讨葵花籽ACE抑制肽的体内降压活性。试验结果表明:一次性给药后,葵花籽ACE抑制肽各剂量组对SHR收缩压的降低作用存在明显的量效关系,且降压活性具有时效性;长期灌胃葵花籽ACE抑制肽,SHR体重均呈增加趋势,其中剂量组大鼠体重的增加量居于对照组和阳性对照组之间;在为期4周的长期给药试验中,除低剂量组外,其余各组均与对照组相比有显著的差异;各试验组SHR的心率值之间无显著差异性,表明葵花籽ACE抑制肽对SHR心率无显著的副作用。A experimental model of spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR)was established to investigate the hypobaric activity in vivo of ACE inhibiting peptides(ACEIPs)from sunflower seeds.The results showed that ACEIPs could lower the systolic blood pressure of SHR,and there was an obvious concentration-effect relationship.In addition,the hypertensive activity of ACEIPs had a certain timeliness SHR were given by gavage with ACEIPs for Long-term.Weight of each group had increased,including the control group rats was one of the biggest gain,positive control group gain minimum,ACEIPs group center.Except the systolic blood pressure of low dose group the experimental group and control group in SHR systolic blood pressure in the feeding of 4 weeks had significant difference.Heart rate of the experimental SHR had no significant difference,the results showed that ACEIPs from sunflower seeds had no significant adverse effect on the heart rate.
