英国基础教育对我国新课程改革的启示

摘　　要：同中国基础教育相比,英国的基础教育有着更悠久的发展历史和更加深厚的教育经验,它所实施的双轨制教育体系基本上可以涵盖基础教育的诸多内容,这样可以最大限度地满足社会对多样化人才的需求。精细的学校内部管理使得教育教学工作更加高效;以人为本的教育理念促进了学生的身心健康发展;个性化的教学方式培养了学生的创造精神和创造能力。笔者有幸对英国学校进行了参观,并对其基础教育有着浓厚的兴趣。因此,本文重点对英国基础教育的内容以及特点进行深入分析,并积极探讨我国新课程改革可以从英国基础教育中所能借鉴及发展的相关经验,为我国基础教育的新课程改革奠定基础。Compared with basic education of China,the basic education of the UK has a longer history of development and deeper educational experience.The dual-track education system it implements can basically cover many aspects of basic education,so that it can satisfy the need for diverse talents of the society to the utmost exten.The fine internal management system of primary and secondary schools makes education management more efficient;the people-oriented education concept promotes the development of students'mental and physical health;the individualized teaching method cultivates students'creative spirit and creativity.Therefore,this essay deeply analyzes the content and characteristics of basic education of the UK,and actively explores the relevant experience that China's new curriculum reform can learn from the basic education of the UK,laying the foundation for the new curriculum reform of the basic education of China.
