摘  要:2017年4月,第三届博雅教育国际研讨会在复旦大学举行,来自国内外70多所高校的200多名专家学者、管理负责人与会,就推进高水平通识教育进行了深入研讨与交流。从会议交流情况看,对于高等院校完成高水平人才培养重任来说,高水平的通识教育已经变得越来越重要。地方本科院校人才培养规模占比很大,其人才培养整体质量在极大程度上决定着整个国家人才培养的水平。相对于专业教育而言,通识教育强调面向人本身成长需要的公共能力、公共素质的培育。这种能力和素质对学生一生的成长来说,其重要意义至少不低于专业教育。专业学习可以让人获得一份体面的工作,但从长远看,非专业素质的有无将决定人之为人的根本,决定其生存品质。地方本科院校的人才培养框架一般确定为"通识+专业"。在明确这里的"+"如何成为相互嵌入之前,建设高水平的通识课程体系是前提条件。高水平的通识教育需要由高水平的通识类课程体系具体承载,建设高水平的通识类课程,应成为地方本科院校文科教学单位的基本职能。基于多年通识课程的开设经验,本组笔谈执笔人分别谈了逻辑课、哲学课、传统文化课、文学课、法学课所负载的公共素质教育价值、课程教学的设计与实施办法。有的侧重于匡正教育理念,有的侧重于技术层面的教学实践总结,但共同特点是都秉持了人文遵循,重在体现人文科学对于非专业素质培育的重要价值。现付之笔端,以供批评参照。In April 2017,the third International Symposium on liberal-art Education was held in Fudan University.More than 200 experts,scholars and managers from more than 70 colleges and universities at home and abroad attended the meeting to promote high-level general education concluded in-depth discussion and exchange.It can be deeply felt that the high level of general education has become increasingly important for colleges and universities to complete the task of training high-level talents.Local colleges and universities have a large proportion of personnel training,and the overall quality of their talent cultivation determines to a great extent the level of talent training across the country.Compared with professional education,general education emphasizes the cultivation of public ability and public quality that are geared to people′s growing needs.This kind of ability and quality′s significance is at least as important as professional education for the lifetime growth of students.Professional learning can make people get a decent job,but the non-professional quality will determine the fundamentals of what makes human beings in the long run,determining their quality of life.The framework of talent cultivation in local universities and colleges is generally defined as"General Knowledge+Professionalism".It is a prerequisite to construct a high-level general knowledge curriculum system before clearifying how the"general knowledge and professionalism"can be embedded into each other.High-level general education needs to be carried by a high-level general education curriculum system.Building a high-level general knowledge curriculum should be the basic function of the liberal arts education unit in local undergraduate colleges and universities.Based on the experience of many years of general education courses,the authors discuss the value of public quality education,the design and implementation of curriculum teaching,courses of logic,philosophy,traditional culture,literature and law.Some focus on rectifying the edu
