摘　　要：随着电商企业向智能化快速迈进,对校企合作与学生实践水平提出了全新的要求。作为处在技术与经济发展前沿的高职电子商务专业,在人才培养上只有通过在实践中引入双元协同育人模式,创新高职电子商务"岗课证赛一体化"人才培养模式,利用多种合作形式引入企业,创建校企协同交叉培养新机制,才能培养具有工匠精神的高水平满足企业需要"技能型"人才。With the rapid advancement of e-commerce enterprises towards intelligence,new requirements have been put forward for school-enterprise cooperation and student practice.As a high-level e-commerce major at the forefront of technology and economic development,in talent training,only by introducing a dual-element collaborative education model in practice,innovative talents e-commerce“sports card competition integration”talent training model,use A variety of forms of cooperation have been introduced into enterprises,creating a new mechanism for school-enterprise synergy and cross-cultivation,and cultivating a high level of craftsmanship to meet the needs of enterprises with“skilled”talents.
