摘  要:为了提高采摘机械手的作业效率,采用PLC气动控制系统对机械手进行了设计,并利用组态软件MCGS设计了机械手的监测与控制系统,为机械手的结构优化和作业情况监测提供了较为直观和准确的状态数据。为了验证该方案的可行性,对PLC气动控制系统的采摘机械手果实抓取性能进行了测试,利用MCGS组态软件监测系统对数据进行了统计。测试结果表明:采用PLC控制的气动采摘机械手具有较高的控制精度,且动作速度快,可以满足快速控制的设计需求,MCGS监测系统可成功地对机械手的状态数据进行统计,为机械手的设计和结构优化及作业状态的监测提供了直观准确的状态数据。In order to improve the operation efficiency of picking manipulator, pneumatic control system and the design of manipulator with PLC gas, and the design of monitoring and control system of the manipulator using the configuration software MCGS, it provides a more intuitive and accurate data for the manipulator structure optimization and operation monitoring. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, the performance of fruit grabbing, it tested the PLC pneumatic control system, and the data was statistically analyzed by MCGS configuration software monitoring system. The test results indicated that the PLC is used to control the pneumatic manipulator has high control precision, and fast action, which can meet the design requirements of the rapid control of the manipulator. The state data of MCGS monitoring system can be successfully carried out statistics, which provides state data accurately for optimizing design and structure of the manipulator and monitoring the status of the operation.
