摘 要:学校管理,是一项系统工程、综合工程,需要有机协调与整合多样资源,从而实现育人目标、办学目标。只有摒弃粗放型管理、扬弃精细化管理并逐步优化、转型到以文化为载体管理的高度,才能够步入管理的坦途。以文化为载体优化育人目标、以文化为载体优化办学理念、以文化为载体优化干部管理、以文化为载体优化教师管理、以文化为载体优化学生管理,实质是回归管理的原点、抓住管理的本质——对"人"的管理,进而走上通往管理成功的自由之路。The administration of school is a systematic and integrated management project which needs organic coordination and integration of resources to achieve the objectives of educating as well as running school.Only by changing the extensive mode of management to intensive mode and gradually optimizing and converting to management with cultue as a carrier,the management of the school can be worked smoothly.The essence of optimizing the educating objectives,conception of schooling and management of administrative staff with the carrier of culture is returning to the origins of management and grasp the management of humans,which are the essence of management,to reach the success of management.
