摘  要:目的旨在通过探讨与哈夫病相关的水产品的生物学特性,发现其分布规律,从而有针对性地在相应水域进行环境流行病学调查,为进一步的研究提供线索。方法通过文献回顾,梳理与哈夫病相关的水产品种类、相应的栖息特性、食性、生殖习性及国内外研究进展,明确其分布特征。结果与哈夫病相关的水产品在我国多是小龙虾,国外报道的有水牛鱼、狗鱼等,这些水产生物的栖息习性相似,喜欢栖息于水草等植物多的淡水水域;食性相似,多为杂食性,摄食类似的浮游植物和动物;生殖习性亦相似,常在水草等植物丰富的浅水区繁殖。结论哈夫病相关水产品相似的生物学特性提示致病因子存在于外环境中,水产食物可能只是致病因子的载体或媒介。研究者可以在此综述结果的基础上,结合历年病例的分布特点,分析、寻找可能的高危水域,加强水域调查;从高危水域中采集水产样品,进行动物实验,构建模型,从而探索可能的致病机制。Objective This paper aims to explore the distribution pattern of aquatic products that are related to Haff disease by summarizing their biological characteristics.Thus,researchers could conduct environmental epidemiological survey and put forward hypothesis for further researches.Methods With literature review,a category of relevant aquatic products and their habitat features,feeding pattern and reproductive behavior is listed,and their distribution pattern is therefore determined.Results In China,the most common aquatic product that relevant to Haff disease was crayfish while buffalo fish and pike were reported in foreign areas.Theses products share similar features.They preferred to inhabit in freshwaters where are rich in aqua-plants,are likely to feed on phytoplankton and zooplankton and they usually breed in shallow waters where aqua-plants are abundant.Conclusion Hinted by similar characteristics of relevant aquatic products,the etiological factor that result in haff disease is likely to exist in external environment and possibly those aquatic products are just vectors.Researchers could figure out potential waters based on this review and locations of previous haff disease cases.Samples can be collected from these waters to perform animal experiments and put forward possible pathogenic mechanisms.
