摘　　要：随着国家经济发展、产业结构改革的不断深化,中央提出了供给侧改革的若干意见。从供给侧改革的视角出发,结合高职生就业能力现状基础上,从高职院校和高职学生两个视角出发,提出提升高职生就业能力的培养策略。With the development of the national economy and the reform of the industrial structure,the Central Government has put forward several key points on the supply-side reform.From this aspect,based on the current situation of employment ability of vocational college students,strategies of enhancing their abilities have been put forward in this paper on the scale of both colleges students themselves.
