摘 要:小区开放道路增加了路网的可达性,但支路的交通流量与小区的面积、区位、内外部道路状况等诸多因素有关,通过建立路阻函数模型,对周边主路进入小区交叉口的交通流量进行分配.考虑到非机动车及行人等因素干扰,对原有路阻函数模型适当改进,选取路段行程时间为小区开放对周边道路通行影响的评价指标体系,规定路段行程时间由交叉口等待延误时间、通过交叉口时间、自由行驶时间确定.小区开放道路后行程时间较开放前行程时间短,说明小区开放提高了周边道路通行力.The open road of the community increases the accessibility of the road network,but the traffic flow of the branch road is related to the area,location,internal and external road conditions of the community.By establishing a road resistance function model,the traffic flow around the main road into the intersection is allocated.Taking into account the interference of non-motor vehicles and pedestrians,the original road resistance function model is appropriately improved,and the travel time of the road section is selected as the evaluation index system for the influence of the opening of the road on the surrounding road traffic,and the travel time of the road section is determined by the intersection waiting for the delay time and passing.The intersection time and free travel time are determined.After the open road of the community,the travel time is smaller than the travel time before the opening,indicating that the opening of the community improves the traffic capacity of the surrounding roads.
