摘　　要：新加坡政府为新加坡国民的职业发展推出Skillsfuture计划。中国高职教师教育可以从中予以借鉴。本报告从高职教师教育发展机构的定位和角色如何转变、资源如何整合、保障如何建立三方面进行学习总结。The Singapore Government has launched Skillsfuture Plan for the career development of Singaporeans. China's higher vocational teacher education can draw lessons from it. This report summarizes the positioning and role transformation of higher vocational teachers' educational development institutions, how to integrate resources and how to establish a guarantee system.
