地方高校师范生教育教学实践能力的培养研究——以玉林师范学院为例

摘　　要：目前地方高校师范生教育实践能力的培养中存在实践教育薄弱、教育教学课程设置衔接不合理等问题。其原因的追溯既有师范生个人因素,也有地方高校人才培养方案存在缺陷。地方高校应在教学中注重教学实践培养,完善人才培养方案,加强实践锻炼。把握新时代方向,敢于探索,创新师范生教育教学实践能力培养的方法。There are some problems such as weak practical education and unreasonable connection of educational and teaching courses in the cultivation of the students' educational practice ability in local colleges and universities. The reasons are not only the personal factors of normal college students, but also the defects of talent training programs in local colleges and universities. The local colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of teaching practice, perfect the personnel training and strengthen the practice, grasping the direction of the new era, and being brave to explore and innovate the methods of cultivating the teaching practice ability of normal school students.
