摘　　要：啤酒用糖浆作为一种啤酒辅料,近年来被越来越多的啤酒企业所熟知和应用。本文主要对国内外啤酒糖浆用于高浓酿造的研究背景、啤酒糖浆的分类及其在啤酒酿造中的作用、啤酒糖浆应用生产的最新研究进展、啤酒糖浆在生产中遇到的问题及解决思路的探索进行了阐述。Beer syrup, as a kind of auxiliary material in beer brewing, has been widely used in more and more breweries in recent years. In this paper, the research background of using beer syrup in high-gravity brewing at home and abroad, the classification of beer syrup and its application, the latest research progress in the application of beer syrup, and the problems in the production of beer syrup and the solutions were elaborated.
