摘　　要：校企合作进行课程改革是当前职业教育的发展趋势,也是社会发展的必然趋势。因此,探讨了校企合作进行高职课程改革与人才培养的意义和改革方法,针对高职课程教学存在的问题,从课程体系、教材建设、师资队伍、就业实习等多方面进行实践,培养了学生综合职业能力,取得了较好的成效,为高职课程改革与人才培养提供了参考。It is the development trend of vocational education and the inevitable trend of social development to carry out curriculum reform in cooperation between school and enterprise.This paper gives the significance and method of the reform of higher vocational curriculum and talent training in the cooperation of school and enterprise.Aiming at the problems existing in the course teaching of higher vocational education,the practice is carried on from many aspects,such as curriculum system,teaching material construction,teaching staff,employment practice and so on.The comprehensive vocational ability of students has been cultivated,and good results have been obtained,which provides a reference for the reform of curriculum and the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education.
