摘　　要：综述金耳的降血糖、抗氧化、降血脂、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、镇咳祛痰平喘、抗炎、抗凝血、抗血栓等多种生物学功效,金耳的段木栽培和代料栽培的技术要点,以及金耳食品、药品的产品开发现状。The biological effects of Tremella aurantialba,including hypoglycemic,antioxidation,hypolipidemic,immunity enhancement,antitumor,antiviral,antitussive,expectorant and asthmatic,anti-inflammatory,anticoagulant,antithrombosis were reviewed.The cultivation techniques of Tremella aurantialba with wood log and substitute were summarized.And the current situation and prospect of food and medicinal products development of Tremella aurantialba were analyzed.
