摘  要:互联网技术的发展应用和新经济的加速到来,深刻改变着人们的生产方式、生活方式,也推动着传统商业的转型升级。职业教育的商科建设该如何应对商业模式的新变革、培养"适销对路"的"新商科"人才,成为当前最重要的课题之一。文章分析了商业业态的变化及其催生的大量新产业、新岗位、新工种对于人才学习能力、创新能力的要求,提出从培养目标、课程结构、教学内容、培养模式等诸多方面进行改革,重构职业教育新商科人才培养体系,探索高职院校新商科的创新发展途径。The development of the Internet technology and the advent of big data not only have profoundly changed the production mode and life style but pushed forward the transformation of traditional commerce.How can business studies in vocational education be constructed to be adapted to the changes of business mode and train more qualified new business professionals?This paper first analyzes the changes of business operation forms and the requirements of learning and innovative abilities for workers in new industries,posts and professions,and then discusses how to reconstruct the personnel training system of new business studies and how to explore the ways to innovative development of the discipline by reforming training objective,curriculum structure,teaching content and training mode.
