摘 要:随着管理学的发展,企业也不再单单以财务经营指标作为企业绩效考量的唯一指标,员工满意度作为影响员工绩效的一个主要重要指标,逐渐得到了企业的重视。影响员工满意度的指标很多,福利满意度在其中有着重要作用。文章把弹性福利优化和员工满意度提升作为研究对象,对国内外弹性福利及员工满意度相关的一些重要文献进行梳理,分析了传统福利存在的问题,探析弹性福利制度的概念和理论来源,浅析其优缺点,并结合A集团的实际情况,对其原有的福利政策进行分析,提出一套适合该企业自身的新弹性福利政策,满足大家个性化需求,通过对实施后员工的访谈发现:弹性福利制度能够有效提升员工的满意度。同时还提出新的实施建议,以期为公司人力资源的管理和战略决策提供支持。With the development of management science,enterprises no longer only use financial management indicators as the only indicator of enterprise performance considerations. As a major indicator affecting employee's performance ,employee's satisfaction has gradually gained the attention of enterprises. There are many indicators that affect employee's satisfaction,and welfare satisfaction plays an important role. Flexible welfare and employee satisfaction are taken as the research objects,sorted out some important documents related to flexible welfare and employee's satisfaction domestically and internationally. The problems of traditional welfare,the concept and theoretical source of flexible welfare system,and advantages & disadvantages are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of the practice group A,analyzed its original welfare policy,a new flexible welfare policy is proposed,as providing more abundant types of welfare products and differentiating treatments for employees. Through interviews with employees after implementation ,the flexible welfare system can effectively improve employee satisfaction. At the same time,new implementation proposals are proposed to optimize or innovate the welfare system in order to support the management and strategic decision-making of the company's human resources.
