高职教育“行企校”文化融合模式与途径研究

摘　　要：对于培养一线技能人才的高职院校,"行企校"文化融合尤为重要。高职校园文化只有科学地吸收借鉴行业、企业优秀文化,才能造就独特的高职校园人才,发挥教书育人、文化先行的作用,实现培养高素质技能人才的目标。因此,需要通过物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化的潜移默化影响、日积月累熏陶,使高职文化教育内化于心、外化于行,实现培养职业素养的目标。“Industry-enterprise-college” cultural integration is particularly important with regard to higher vocational education institutions cultivating front-line technical talents. Characteristic campus culture in higher vocational education institutions may take shape, function to educate student with culture and realize the target to cultivate high quality technical talents, only if the excellent cultures of industries and enterprises are scientifically assimilated and used for reference. For this reason, cultural education in higher education institutions shall be able to internalize to minds and externalize to action for realization of the cultivation target of professional quality, through long-running and environmental influence on the students with cultures of substances, spirits, systems and behavior.
