摘　　要：本文主要叙述了营养配餐软件等信息化技术在高职"宴席菜单设计"教学中的应用。通过信息化教学,能够创设更好的学习情境,激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲,培养学生的学习和创新能力,最终全面提高学生的综合素质。This paper mainly describes the application of information technology such as nutrition Food matching software in the teaching of“Banquet Menu Design”in higher vocational colleges.Through information-based teaching,we can create better learning situations,stimulate students’interest in learning and thirst for knowledge,cultivate students’learning and innovation ability,and ultimately improve students’comprehensive quality.
