摘  要:高职院校学分制中引入创新学分体系,对培养创新型应用人才具有非常重要的现实意义。创新学分在实施过程中存在大学生创新能力普遍不足、各高校对创新学分重视程度不同、创新学分评定标准不一、创新学分项目设计存在缺陷、创新学分获得途径不够丰富且具有专业特殊性、创新学分监控体系不完善、创新保障环境相对匮乏等问题。构建适合高职院校的创新学分体系,应该引导师生正确认识创新学分,从明确创新学分目标体系、完善创新学分内容体系、建立创新学分管理体系、健全创新学分保障体系和建立创新学分评价体系着手。The introduction of innovation credit system into the credit system of higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance to the cultivation of innovative applied talents.In the process of implementing innovation credits in higher vocational colleges,there is a general lack of innovation ability of college students,different degrees of emphasis on innovation credits,different evaluation standards of innovation credits,defects in the design of innovation credit projects,insufficient ways to obtain innovation credits,and problems such as professional particularity,imperfect monitoring system of innovation credits,and relatively lack of innovation protection environment.To construct the innovation credit system suitable for higher vocational colleges,teachers and students should be guided to correctly understand the innovation credit system.And we should clarify the target system,perfect the content system,establish the management system,perfect the guarantee system and establish the evaluation system of innovation credit.
