摘　　要：介绍了一个具有探究性综合教学实验——气相色谱法同时测定制糖生产中间制品糖含量的教学实验。该实验涉及仪器分析、有机化学、分析化学、糖化学等领域的知识,有助于提高学生的实验操作技能,激发学生的学习能动性,培养学生的创新潜力。该实验作为本科生仪器分析实验课程的综合研究性教学实验,具有一定的推广意义。A comprehensive and exploratory teaching experiment, teaching experiment of sugar content determination from sugar manufacturing semi-product by gas chromatography, was introduced.The multiple knowledge of Instrumental Analysis, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Carbohydrate Chemistry was involved.It could improve experimental operation skills, stimulate learning interest, and train innovative spirits of students.It is of significance for undergraduates teaching on Instrumental Analysis to recommend to be a research-oriented experimental teaching.
