摘　　要：文章通过回溯开放教育资源发展历程,遴选开放课件、MOOC、开放教科书的典型案例,从8个维度进行详细分析,梳理其可持续发展所存在的问题和挑战,并从建立健全政策支持环境、提高教育工作者创建及共享的意识和能力、提高大众的发现和利用能力、建立质量控制与保证机制,以及建立有效的可持续运行模式等5个方面提出可行性建议,以期为我国开放教育资源的可持续发展及图书馆参与开放资源建设提供参考和借鉴。This paper reviews the history of open educational resources development,selects typical cases of open courseware,MOOCs and open textbooks,and conducts detailed analysis from eight dimensions.It identifies problems and challenges in the sustainable development of open educational resources and puts forward feasible solutions in the following five aspects:establishing a sound policy support environment,increasing educators’awareness and ability of creating and sharing resources,enhancing the discovery and utilization capabilities of the public,establishing quality control and assurance mechanisms,and establishing effective sustainable operating models.This paper aims to provide reference for the sustainable development of open educational resources in China and libraries participating in the development of open educational resources.
