摘　　要：通过对混合所有制办学在政策支持、办学需求、实践现状等方面的研究,分析混合所有制办学在公办高职院校校企合作中的意义和存在的问题,提出公办高职院校探索和实践混合所有制办学的五点措施建议。The significance and existing problems of mixed-ownership of school in the school-enterprise cooperation of the public vocational colleges are analyzed through the research on the policy support,school-running demand and practical status,and five measures and suggestions for the public vocational colleges to explore and practice the mixed-ownership of running school.
