校企深度融合下的高职课程设置

摘　　要：随着经济的发展、社会的进步以及高等职业院校教育改革与发展的深入,高职教育与学生就业之间的矛盾日益凸显。通过对高职院校课程设置与企业需求之间的问题分析,深入剖析高职课程设置的内在问题,从而找到提升学生综合素质、符合企业需求、促进学生就业的课程方案。With the development of economy,the progress of society and the deepening of education reform and development in higher vocational colleges,the contradiction between higher vocational education and student employment has become increasingly prominent.Through the analysis of the problems between the curriculum provision of higher vocational colleges and the needs of enterprises,the paper deeply analyzes the inherent problems of the curriculum provision of higher vocational colleges,and finds the curriculum plan to improve the comprehensive quality of students,meet the needs of enterprises and promote the employment of students.
