摘  要:如何让年轻教师尽快地获取一套完善的、符合中医特色的教学方法?笔者认为,首先宜掌握教学特点。列举事例要恰当准确,医理通,哲理顺,符合中医的基本思想。其次是认真设计教案,为了把问题讲细、讲明白,备课时必须广泛收集资料,且要做到"由博返约",既符合大纲要求,又不至于冲淡重点内容。最后是课堂的艺术性,它主要包括组织艺术、设计艺术、板书艺术、语言艺术和表达艺术,年轻教师通过熟练地掌握语言表达、目光眼神、举止形态和板书技巧等,就能够进一步提升其讲课艺术和教学能力。How to make young teachers acquire a perfect teaching method that is in line with the characteristics of Chinese medicine as soon as possible.The author thinks that we should first master the characteristics of teaching.Enumerating the cases should be appropriate,accurate,logical and logical,consistent with the basic ideas of TCM.Next is to design the lesson plan conscientiously.In order to elaborate and clarify the problems,we must collect data extensively in preparing lessons,and we should"return the contract by learning",which not only meets the requirements of the syllabus,but also does not dilute the key content.Finally,the artistry of the classroom,which mainly includes organizational art,design art,blackboard art,language art and expression art,young teachers can further improve their teaching art and teaching ability by mastering language expression,eyes,manners and blackboard writing skills.
