摘　　要：以系统工程理论为支撑,分析具体案例,提出五年制师范班级管理中的"333"系统工程管理法,即前移3项工作、做好3种培训、严格3项制度,探索班级管理工作的有效方法。This thesis, based on the theory of system engineering, analyzed through specific cases and put forward the “333” system engineering management method in the class management of five-year normal school. The “333” system engineering management method is to move 3 jobs ahead, do 3 kinds of training, and be strict on 3 kinds of systems to explore effective methods in class management.
