摘　　要：加拿大北大西洋学院倡导能力本位的教育体系。能力教育体系以职业综合能力为目标,开发专业与课程体系,采用以学生为中心教学方法,实施Co-op校企合作模式,培养现代专业技术人才。以此为鉴,我国高职改革需要改变传统教育理念,紧密结合行业发展情况自上向下地完善人才培养方案和课程体系设置,采用多样化的教学方法和信息化教学手段,制定校企合作的长效机制和互惠共赢的实施方案,以构建具有中国特色和国际影响力的高职教育模式。College of North Atlantic advocate Competency Based Education System. It aims for vocational comprehensive ability to develop major and curriculum system,take the " Student-Centered" teaching method and Co-op college-enterprise cooperation to train modern professional and technical talents. Take this as a mirror,higher vocational education reform in our country needs to change the traditional education concepts,perfect talent training scheme and curriculum system construction from top to bottom in close connection with the development of industry,use the diverse teaching methods and information teaching means,establish a long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation and mutual benefit implementation in order to build the higher vocational education mode with Chinese characteristics and international influence.
