摘 要:从积极心理学出发,探讨随迁子女的积极心理品质发展现状。采用《中国中小学生积极心理品质量表》调查了合肥市1 027名随迁子女,发现:总体而言,随迁子女积极心理品质的认知、勇敢、人性、公正、节制、超越等六大维度发展状况良好;在15项积极心理品质中,随迁子女发展最好的三项品质为心灵触动、宽容和合作力,发展最差的三项品质为领导力、创造力和幽默风趣;随迁子女积极心理品质发展存在显著的性别差异;随迁子女积极心理品质发展存在显著的学段与年级差异。最后提出了一些教育建议。This paper discusses the status quo of floating children’s positive psychological qualities from the angle of positive psychology.“China’s Middle and Primary School Students’Positive Psychological Qualities Scale”has been applied to 1027 floating children in Hefei.The results suggest that it is quite good for these children to develop in the aspects of cognition,bravery,humanity,justice,moderation and transcendence;among the other 15 qualities,they develop best in such 3 aspects as spiritual touch,tolerance and cooperation,while worst in leadership,creativity and humor;evident differences between boys and girls are also related to their grades and studying stages.In the end,some suggestions are put forward.
