摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学模式联合Mini-CEX在综合性医院口腔科五年制临床医学本科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法选取在我院口腔科实习的56名本科实习生为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各28名。两组实习生均采用PBL教学模式,且研究组根据Mini-CEX测评结果进行个体化的教学指导,对照组只在入科和出科时给予Mini-CEX测评。结果实习后,两组医学生在实习出科时Mini-CEX量表评估各项能力均明显提高,并且研究组成绩均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。此外,运用研究组学生对教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在综合医院口腔科实习中应用PBL联合MiniCEX教学模式有助于实习生临床技能水平的提高和综合能力的培养。Objective To investigate the effects of PBL&Mini-CEX method in clinical practice education of inturns.Methods 56 internships were divided into research group and control group randomly.Both groups adopted PBL teaching model,and research group adopted individualized guidance according to the results of the Mini-CEX assessment.control group was only given the Mini-CEX assessment when entering and leaving Stomatology Department.Results After practice,their scores of clinical abilities were significantly increased in the two groups,and the study group interns Mini-CEX scores were significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The PBL&Mini-CEX method in clinical practice education of inturns in general hospital h plays a key role at internship teaching and evaluation,which can improve the clinical skills and comprehensive competency.
