The Impact of Institution,Culture and Rational People on Youth Innovation Education Project in China——An Exploratory Study Based on Rooting Theory

摘  要:中国青少年创新教育项目已得到广泛开展,项目成果也获得积极宣传,但项目背后的实施困境却不被关注。以一项国家级青少年创新教育项目为例,通过扎根理论的研究路径,探索出一个解释实施困境的"制度—文化—行为"模型,发现制度冲突、文化认同以及在此基础上形成的组织行为选择是困境产生的深层原因。在制度上,教育制度和创新教育项目之间存在二元合法性冲突,前者产生的强大作用力会抵消后者作用力;在文化上,激烈的高考竞争使得科举以来的应试文化得以延续,强大的应试文化使相关群体形成了特定的文化认同心理;在行为上,个体和组织都会依据所处的制度和文化做出基于利益的理性行为选择,同时组织的行为选择会在很大程度上影响个人的行为选择。此外,根据设计的"制度、文化—组织行为"二维坐标系,发现创新教育项目设想的实施情形很难存在,由当下的"现实情形"转向"理想情形"仍任重道远。China s youth innovation education project has been widely carried out,but students are passive participation,half-way withdrawal has not been concerned about.This paper takes a national youth education project as an example.Through the research path of rooting theory,it explores a"system-culture-behavior"model that explains the plight of the innovation education of Chinese adolescents,and finds out institutional conflicts,cultural identity and organizational behavior choice are the underlying causes of this dilemma.In the system,there is a binary legitimacy conflict between the educational system and the innovation education project,and the strong force generated by the former will offset the latter force.In the culture,the intensive college entrance examination competition makes the examination culture continue.A strong examination culture makes the relevant groups form a specific cultural identity psychology,resulting in limited investment in the project.In the act,the individual and the organization will make the corresponding behavior choice according to the system and the culture,but the organization s behavior choice will influence the individual s behavior choice to a great extent.
