摘  要:高职院校教师专业发展具有自己的特征与独特性,包括教学与科研协同发展、非线性和生成性的发展、自主性和差异性的发展三方面的特征。我国高职院校教师在专业发展中存在意识薄弱、实践教学能力欠缺、科研发展动力不足的问题。高职院校应该从激发高职院校教师自我发展的内驱力、完善高职院校教师培训体系方面加以改进。The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges has its own characteristics and uniqueness,including the characteristics of collaborative development of teaching and scientific research,nonlinear development and generative development,autonomous and differentiated development.In the professional development of teachers in China's higher vocational colleges,there are problems of weak consciousness,lack of practical teaching ability,and insufficient scientific research development.Higher vocational colleges should improve the internal driving force of teachers'self-development in higher vocational colleges and improve the teacher training system in higher vocational colleges.
