摘　　要：将创新创业理念融入到人才培养方案,构建与创新创业教育相融合的课程体系,是当前本科教学改革的主要方向之一。针对湖南工学院材料物理专业,从人才培养方案的制定思路、培养目标、课程体系、着重点方面探讨了以创新创业为导向的材料物理专业人才培养方案,从而培养具有较强创新创业意识和能力的应用型人才。It is one of the main directions of the current undergraduate teaching reform to integrate the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship into the talent training scheme and to construct a curriculum system integrated with the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.Aiming at the specialty of Hunan Institute of Technology Material Physics,this paper discusses the Personnel Training Program of the specialty of material physics from the aspects of the train of thought,training goal,curriculum system and key points of the personnel training program,which is oriented by innovation and Entrepreneurship So as to cultivate a strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurship with the ability of applied talents.
