交通类高职院校毕业生就业情况调查与分析——以广东交通职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本研究从总体就业去向、就业影响因素、就业准备情况和学校就业服务等4个方面对广东交通职业技术学院2018届毕业生就业情况进行调查。结果发现,高职生总体就业去向是企业单位,发展前景成为毕业生第一考虑因素,校内现场招聘会是学生获取就业信息的主要渠道,毕业生期待的就业技能指导主要有求职技巧、简历撰写,创业指导等。针对调查结果,分别从学校层面和学生层面提出对策和建议。The employment status of the 2018 graduates from Guangdong Communication Polytechnic was investigated from the aspects of general employment direction, employment influencing factors, employment preparation and college employment service. The results showed that the general employment direction of vocational college students was company or enterprise, the first employment consideration for the graduates was prospect for development , the main channel to obtain employment information was campus job fairs, and the graduates' expecting employment guidance includes job-hunting skills, resume writing, and entrepreneurial guidance. The countermeasures and suggestions basing on the findings from both colleges and students were also discussed in the paper.
