摘 要:目的研究在手术室护生带教中应用微信平台的效果分析。方法随机选择2017年1月—2018年1月我院手术室实习护生66名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分成对照组(33名)和实验组(33名)。对照组采用传统理论授课加老师带教的方式,实验组在对照组的基础上,增加微信平台辅助学习的带教模式。综合分析实验组和对照组实习护生的实习效率,再采用问卷调查的方法统计护生对带教模式的满意度。结果实验组实习护生的操作成绩、理论成绩均高于对照组;实验组护生对带教模式的总满意度为96.97%,对照组实习护生对带教模式的总满意度为78.79%,实验组的总满意度于对照组,经过两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用微信平台对提高手术室实习护生对带教模式的总满意率有很好的效果并且学习效率显著。Objective To study the effect of applying WeChat platform to nursing students in operating room. Methods 66 nursing interns from January 2017 to January 2018 in the operating room of our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (33 nursing interns) and experimental group (33 nursing interns). The control group was taught by traditional theory plus teacher. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group added the teaching mode of WeChat platform-assisted learning. The practice efficiency of the experimental group and the control group, and then use the questionnaire survey method to statistics the satisfaction of nursing students to the teaching mode were comprehensively analyzed. Results The operating and theoretical scores of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the experimental group was 96.97%, and that of interns in the control group was 78.79%.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat platform has a good effect on improving the satisfaction rate of nursing students in operating room to the teaching mode, and the study efficiency is remarkable.
