摘 要:目的描述护理专业大学生学业拖延水平,探讨影响学业拖延的相关因素。方法采用大学生学业拖沓问卷、学习动机量表、青少年时间管理倾向量表对370名护理专业大学生进行调查。结果学业拖延总分为(56.79±10.75)分,以中等程度拖延为主(占79.73%);时间管理倾向与学业拖延有显著的负相关(P <0.01),学习动机与学业拖延无相关关系(P> 0.05);逐步回归结果显示,时间控制感、时间价值感、外部动机进入回归方程,能解释学业拖延总变异的20%。结论学业拖延在护生中普遍存在,教育者应进行学生时间管理技能训练,减少学习拖延行为发生。Objective To describe the academic procrastination level of nursing students and to explore the related factors affecting academic procrastination. Methods A total of 370 nursing undergraduates were surveyed with the academic procrastination questionnaire, learning motivation scale and adolescent time management tendency scale. Results The total score of academic procrastination was (56.79±10.75) points, with moderate procrastination as the main factor (79.73%). There was a significant negative correlation between time management disposition and academic procrastination (P < 0.01), but there was no correlation between learning motivation and academic procrastination (P > 0.05). The stepwise regression results showed that the sense of time control, sense of time value and external motivation entered the regression equation, which could explain 20% of the total variation of academic procrastination. Conclusion Academic procrastination is common among nursing students. Educators should train students' time management skills to reduce the occurrence of learning procrastination.
