摘 要:"特岗教师计划"实施以来,引起了学界的广泛关注和研究。对发文量、研究者及机构来源、关键词共线网及关键词次数分布等研究变量进行知识图谱分析发现:主题为"特岗教师计划"的期刊发文量日益增加;研究者身份及机构来源逐渐多元;研究热点集中在政策实施现状及特岗教师队伍建设上。对内容分析发现,特岗教师的社会学视角研究、特岗教师专业发展现状研究、"特岗教师计划"政策实施现状研究等是目前的研究重点。总体来说,"特岗教师计划"的研究视角逐渐多维,研究过程逐成体系,研究内容也日益丰盈。今后应增加理实共生的系统性研究,加强政策效果的整体性评价研究,延展并拓宽对特岗教师群体研究的深度与广度,更多地关注"特岗教师计划"与其他农村教师队伍建设政策之间的关系研究等。The“Special Post Teacher Program”has aroused widespread concern in the academic circle and fruitful research achievements have been made since its implementation.The knowledge spectrum analysis of the research variables,such as the amount of publications,the source of researchers and institutions,the keyword collinear network and the keyword frequency distribution,finds that the number of articles on the theme of“Special Post Teacher Program”is increasing,that the identity of researchers and institutional sources are gradually diversified,and that the research focuses on the status of policy implementation and the construction of special post teacher team.The content analysis finds that the research on the sociology of the special post teachers,the research on the status quo of the special post teachers’professional development and the implementation of the“Special Post Teacher Program”policy are the priorities of the current research.In general,the research perspective of the“Special Post Teacher Program”has gradually become multi-dimensional,the research process has become systematic,and the research content has become increasingly abundant.As for future research,we should increase systematic research on the symbiosis between theory and practice,strengthen the overall evaluation of policy effects,extend and broaden the depth and breadth of research on special post teachers,and pay more attention to the research on the relationship between the“Special Post Teacher Program”and other policies for the construction of rural teacher team.
