摘 要:目的研究病案导学式教学法在内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取在我院实习的内科实习生60名,随机分为对照组和病案导学组,各30名。对照组实习生教师采用灌输式教学法进行教学,病案导学组实习生采取病案导学式教学法进行教学。进行教学质量评估和课堂教学质量评分。结果病案导学组病案分析成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);病案导学组临床思维能力、问题探究能力、知识运用能力、知识归纳能力高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病案导学组教学态度、教学准备、教学准备、教学能力、教学效果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论病案导学式教学法在内科教学中的应用效果显著,有助于提高实习生的综合能力,提高课堂教学质量。Objective To study the application effect of medical record guidance teaching method in internal medicine teaching. Methods 60 interns of internal medicine department in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and case guidance group, 30 in each group. The control group was taught by the indoctrination teaching method, while the medical record guiding group was taught by medical record guidance teaching method. Teaching quality evaluation and classroom teaching quality evaluation were conducted. Results The results of case analysis in the case guidance group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The clinical thinking ability, Problem Inquiry ability, knowledge application ability and knowledge induction ability of the medical record guidance group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The teaching attitude, teaching preparation, teaching preparation, teaching ability and teaching effect of the medical record guidance group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of case-based teaching method in internal medicine teaching is remarkable, which helps to improve the comprehensive ability of interns and the quality of classroom teaching.
