压力对医学生临床医疗行为表现影响的初步研究

摘　　要：对实习轮转内科和外科结束后的2011级临床医学八年制专业60名学生进行OSCE考试,由SP扮演4个模拟场景,学生分别进入有无内外压力的4个模拟场景中,对其进行临床医疗行为表现评估和主观压力测定。结果显示,在内、外双重压力下,医学生的临床能力和医患沟通分数得到提高,而诊断错误率增加。After clinical practice,60 eight-year clinical medical students in grade 2011 took part in OSCE,which has 4 simulation scenarios with or without IS or ES.Clinical medical behavior assessment and subjective stress measurement were conducted among them.The results show that the clinical ability and communication skills of medical students under IS and ES have been improved,while the diagnostic error has been increased,suggesting that the pressure can be used positively within the controlled range.
