摘  要:帮助高职院校学业困难群体树立积极心态,要从和家庭建立常态化联系机制、精准帮扶、建立预警机制、跟踪反馈制常态化、帮扶技巧五个方面开展帮扶机制。文章在帮扶中注重尊重、真诚,密切关注帮扶对象,进行合理有效地专业化帮扶工作,营造人性化帮扶过程,潜移默化地起到感化和改变学业困难学生的帮扶效果。The paper puts forward the mechanism to help students with learning difficulties establish positive attitude in higher vocational colleges from five aspects: establishing normalization of the contact mechanism with families, providing accurate assistance, establishing early warning mechanism, normalizing the feedback tracing mechanism, and assistance techniques. In the process of assistance, this paper focuses on helping them with respect, sincere and care and professionalize the assistance work to make it humanized and move and change the students subtly.
