摘  要:教学团队是教学一线的生力军,教学团队建设在高等工程教育改革中扮演着举足轻重的角色。针对目前传统工科教学团队建设面临的挑战,本文从多个方面剖析了需要解决的困难点,以OBE模式引入作为外部激励,以共同体意识形成作为内部动力,提出解决困境的基本思路框架;并从多个角度列举了拟采取的主要保障措施。最后,以燕山大学岩土工程教学团队建设为例,简要介绍了团队建设中的实践探索。The teaching team is a main force in the teaching frontline,and the teaching team building plays an important role in the reform of higher engineering education.Aiming at the challenges faced by teaching team building in traditional engineering,the difficulties that need to be solved are analyzed from many aspects.The basic framework for solving the dilemma is put forward using the OBE mode as an external incentive and using community consciousness formation as an internal motive;the main safeguard measures are put forward from multiple angles.Finally,some practical explorations in team building are introduced briefly taking the teaching team building of geotechnical engineering in Yanshan University as an example.
