摘  要:供给侧改革视阈下,从需求方面来看,贫困生大多面临着学业、能力、就业等方面的问题;从资助效度来看,勤工助学岗位设置、资助模式等与贫困生需求存在较大落差。高职院校需要紧抓教育供给侧改革的风向标,吸纳社会力量,扩大供给主体范围;需要在校企合作的基础上,给困难生增加勤工助学的机会;需要在不断完善就业指导类课程的同时,提高对学生的就业帮扶力度,以学业帮扶和实践活动促进学生全面发展。On the demand side,most of the poor students are facing the problems of study,ability,and employment,etc.From the perspective of financing validity,there is still difference in work-study program,financing mode and students’demands.Higher vocational colleges need to stick to the direction of education supply-side reform and expand the scope of its subject by absorbing social forces.On the basis of school-enterprise cooperation,more part-time job opportunities will be given to poor students.While improving employment guidance courses,colleges should improve employment assistance to students.Through academic assistance and practical activities,students can enhance their all-round development and better combine social spiritual support with material help.
