校企联盟对“职业适应性”人才协同培养策略研究

摘　　要：根据我国职业教育发展所处阶段,针对目前职业教育所面临的校企合作接触不够紧密、培养人才"职业适应性"不强、教师实践能力水平提升后劲不足等问题,提出大力推进校企联盟建设,并给出具体的建设途径,以有效发挥校企联盟建设对职业院校培养"职业适应性"人才的促进与协同作用,为后续职业教育培养体系的完善奠定坚实基础.According to the development stage of vocational education in our country,this paper proposed the construction of school-enterprise alliance,and gave concrete construction ways,aiming to solve the problems of the lack of close contact between school and enterprise in vocational education,the lack of″vocational adaptability″of talents and the improvement of teachers′practical ability,so as to play an effective role in fostering″vocational adaptability″talents in vocational colleges based on the construction of college-enterprise alliance,which could lay a solid foundation for the improvement of subsequent vocational training system.
