摘　　要：在新时代背景下,深化职业教育校企合作,不仅是实现职业教育现代化的现实所需,也是推动我国经济由高速增长向高质量发展转变,破解社会发展新矛盾,满足人民对于美好生活需要的必由之路。当前职业教育校企合作面临着一系列新问题:各方主体对于校企合作缺乏一致的认知,校企合作中的文化价值割裂与冲突,校企合作中的"壁炉"现象,校企合作相关的地方政策和法律不完善。破解校企合作困局,更好地面向新时代、适应新时代、引领新时代,应加强文化嵌入,夯实校企合作育人的文化基础;实施共同治理,建立校企合作机制保障;推动院校变革,建立"观念、机制、培养、队伍"四环联动的协同机制;加快制度建构,夯实校企合作制度基础。Deepening the cooperation between schools andenterprises in vocational education is not only apractical need for realizing the modernization ofvocational education, but also a driving force for thetransformation of China’s economy from high-speedgrowth to high-quality development, breaking the newcontradiction in social development, and satisfyingpeople’s needs for a better life under the backgroundof a new era. At present, the school-enterprisecooperation in vocational education is facing with aseries of new problems. The parties’ main body lacks aconsistent understanding of school-enterprisecooperation, the fragmentation and conflict of thecultural value in the school-enterprise cooperation,the "fireplace" phenomenon in the school-enterprisecooperation, and the school-enterprise local policiesand laws related to cooperation are incomplete. Tosolve the school-industry cooperation crisis and betterface the new era, adapt to the new era, and lead thenew era, we should strengthen cultural embedding,reinforce the cultural foundation for schoolenterprisecooperation and educating people, implement commongovernance, and establish the mechanism guarantee forschool-enterprise cooperation;boost school reform,establish the"concept, mechanism, training,teamwork"four-ring linkage mechanism;speed up systemconstruction, lay a solid foundation for school-enterprise cooperation system.
