摘  要:结合当前职业院校存在的战略落地困难、教育教学服务工作职责不清、流程设计不规范、质量监控体系有待完善等问题,以柳州职业技术学院实践经验为例,重点阐述如何运用PDCA过程管理方法,开展工作流程编制、职责梳理、管理成熟度评估等卓越绩效管理活动,进而全面持续地提高职业院校教育教学服务质量,最终实现院校管理水平的提升和内部质量保障体系的建立。There were kinds of problems in the vocational colleges, such as difficulty to put strategic planning into practice, unclear responsibilities for education and teaching services, non-standardized process design, and quality monitoring system needing to be improved. The author took the practical experience of Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College as an example, focusing on explanation of how to use PDCA process management methods to carry out high-performance management activities, such as workforce process preparation, responsibilities combing, and management maturity assessment, etc., as well as comprehensively and continuously improve the quality of education and teaching services in higher vocational colleges, and finally achieve the improvement of the management level of the colleges and the establishment of an internal quality assurance system.
