摘 要:刘庄煤矿井下石门及大巷辅助,运输均采用蓄电池电机车运输,辅助运输效率低下,成为制约矿井产量及企业效益的瓶颈。为提高辅助运输效率,提升企业效益,拟对辅助运输系统进行无轨胶轮车运输改造。对改造进行可行性分析,提出辅助运输系统改造方案及改造实施规划,并进行了改造效益分析,可为其他矿井高效辅助运输系统实施积累经验。The underground stone door and main lane auxiliary transportation in Liuzhuang coal mine were transported by battery electric locomotive,the low efficiency of auxiliary transportation has become a obstacle for the mine output and enterprise benefits.In order to improve the efficiency of auxiliary transportation and the benefit of enterprises,it is planned to carry out the trackless rubber tyred vehicle transportating transformation for the auxiliary transportation system,the feasibility analysis of the transformation has been applied,the transformation scheme and implementation plan of auxiliary transportation system have been put forward,and the transformation benefit has been sanalyzed,which can accumulate experience for the implementation of high-efficiency auxiliary transportation system in other coal mine.
