服务地方企业需求视角下的高职院校英语教学改革

摘　　要：高职院校办学应符合区域经济和社会发展的需要。通过实地调查涉外企业对毕业生英语应用能力的需求,发现毕业生在听说能力、语言文化基础、跨文化交际能力等方面存在的不足,并针对所发现的问题,从听说能力培养、夯实英语语言基础、培养多元文化意识和引入地方特色文化教学等方面提出具体建议,以期为区域经济和社会发展提供人才支撑。Higher vocational colleges should be run to meet the needs of regional economic and social development. This paper, based on the on-the-spot survey into foreign-related enterprises' demand for graduates' English proficiency, finds out that college graduates are weak in listening and speaking, linguistic and cultural knowledge, and intercultural competence, and puts forward some targeted solutions to problems in terms of improving students' listening and speaking, laying a solid foundation of the English language, cultivating students' multicultural awareness and introducing the local culture in English teaching, so as to provide a talent support for regional economic and social development.
