摘  要:为培育可持续、全面发展的应用型人才,高职院校开展通识教育是顺应时代发展的要求。本文以现代企业管理通识教育核心课程为例,提出课程改革的指导思想和目标是关注学生的思想精髓、品质素养的培养,重点培养学生运用管理学原理、方法和思维方式分析和解决实际问题的能力。在此目标指导下,结合非管理专业学生知识背景和对企业管理知识的需求,开展重构教学内容、创新教学模式和优化评价方法等全方位教学设计的改革与实践。In order to cultivate sustainable and comprehensive applied talents, the development of general education in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for the development of the times. Taking the core curriculum of general education in modern enterprise management as an example, this paper proposes that the guiding ideology and goal of curriculum refonn is to focus on the cultivation of students* ideological essence and quality literacy, and development of students' management principles, methods, and modes of analyzing and solving problems. Under the guidance of this goal, we should combine the knowledge background of non-management students with the need for corporate management knowledge, reform and practice the teaching design from three aspects: reconstructing teaching content, innovating teaching patterns and optimizing evaluation methods.
