摘  要:当前,缺乏师范教育背景和企业工作经历,成为制约高职院校工科专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要因素。通过分析现状,构建职业能力体系,提出高职院校工科专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的三重路径,即在职前教育环节加强职业技术师范教育,在校本培训环节实施职教能力培训与测评,在职后实践环节实施科技特派员制度。At present,the lack of normal education background and enterprise working experience has become important factors restricting the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the construction of professional competence system,this paper puts forward the triple paths for the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff of Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational colleges.That is,to strengthen vocational and technical normal education in pre-service education,to implement vocational and technical training and evaluation in school-based training,and to implement the science and Technology Commissioner System in post-service practice.
