摘  要:黄炎培大职业教育主义思想经历了从实用主义思想萌生到大职业教育主义思想成熟的"萌芽期""形成期""成熟期"三个时期。其大职业教育主义思想主要包括凡教育皆职业性的大职教观、基于个性发展的三重职业教育目的以及跨界联系性的职业教育实践三部分。无论是对当时教育改革的推动还是对后世职业教育思想的影响,其具有实践性、社会性与人本性特点的大职业教育主义思想都具有极高的社会价值与教育价值。新时代背景下,我国职业教育改革与发展仍需借鉴其思想,完善职业教育与培训体系、深化产教融合与校企合作、推动具有工学结合意蕴的实践教学改革。Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts has experienced three periods of"sprout period","form-forming period"and"mature period".His vocational education thoughts mainly includes three parts.The first is the concept of big vocational education in which all education is vocational,the second is the triple purpose of vocational education based on personality development,and the third is the vocational education practice of cross-border linkage.Whether it is the promotion of the education reform at that time or the influence of the later-age vocational education thought,his vocational education thoughts with the characteristics of practicality,social nature and human nature has extremely high social value and educational value.Under the background of the new era,the reform and development of vocational education in China still need to draw lessons from Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts,such as perfecting the system of vocational education and training,deepening the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and promoting the practical teaching reform of combination between working and learning.
