摘　　要：专业基础课程是高职课程体系中的重要组成部分,本文以"基础化学与实验技术"课程为例,分析了专业基础课程的不足,并从教学内容整合、教学方法改革以及信息化技术的使用3个方面对该课程进行了改革和实践。The professional foundation courses, as an important part of the higher vocational curriculum system, have been played a major role in the system. In this article, taking the course “General Chemistry and Experimental Techniques” for example, the insufficiency of professional foundation courses is discussed. The reform of this course has also been taken into practice as to the integrating of the course content, the reforming of teaching and the using of information technology.
